Past Exhibition: ALBERTO COB . Barcelona

Photographies from his latest travels showing a personal look to the autochthonous people living in these areas are reunited for this exhibition. Alberto Cob realizes himself in travelling and knowing other cultures and wants to show us emotional memories taken back from further lands and countries.

Alberto Cob followed several courses of specialized photography from 2009 to 2012 taught by Olga Barra, Antonio Aragón Renuncio, and the School of Image and Sound. From then on, he participated in exhibitions at Entrefotos Fair (2013), the Arsenal of Venice (2014), Arte Lateral Velázquez 53 (2015), Clorofila (2017), Art Fair Málaga (2017) and Spanish representation at The Lishui International Photography Festival, China (2013).

He won several photography contests among them, the 1st Photography Prize of the Contest Nº13 Cultura Fotográfica (2012), the 3rd Prize XVIII Photography Contest Taranna (2012), the 1st Prize "best photography" Reflective (2013); and ended Finalist in 2012 at the International Photography Awards and the FEP Awards; in 2013 at the ORA prizes of Italy, the Fair Entrefotos and the National Prize of Photojournalism; in 2014 at Mirartephoto and Arte Laguna; and in 2016 at Entrefotos Fair and Flamante Catalog; apart from the Honorable Mention at the Photographer's Forum Magazine of Santa Barbara, California in 2013.

Since 2017, he has integrated DNG Photo Magazine as Select Photographer. He is a finalist of the SIENNA International Awards, the Photography Prizes of the VilaCasas Foundation, and the PHOTOESPAÑA Contest.
